Marsha Blake began her career in education in 2001, allowing her to bring to BELA, over 10 years of experience working with young children! In the past, Marsha has taken on the roles of both a classroom assistant and a one on one assistant. Her experience in both these capacities has allowed her to be exposed to many different teaching styles and to hone her skills in the classroom. Marsha has a unique and extensive skill set that makes her an essential part of the BELA team. She has worked with children at all developmental levels and has years of experience working with children with a variety of special needs such as; ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, FAS, Autism and Asperger Syndrome. Marsha’s belief in positive reinforcement and the power of learning through play, allow her to nurture and inspire young children. Her creativity and compassion are unmatched!
