Staff Leeann Hartling

Leeann started with BELA in 2023 as a substitute and eventually moved to a part time employee. She is very patient and really loves working with children. She finds their energy and enthusiasm fun. She earned a Day Care Qualification Certificate Level 2 and  ran a private day home where she supervised, planned and implemented learning activities.  After working in a private day care setting she decided to rejoin the workforce and applied at BELA. Leeann really believes in what BELA stands for.  She is a valued member of our team and excels at relationship building with students, time management, multi tasking & conflict resolution.
