After being a BELA parent for four years and immersing herself in the program as a regular classroom volunteer, Kim decided to make a career change and join our team in 2022! Kim saw first hand the difference our program can make for children and she is so passionate about helping our students grow and learn. Kim obtained her Level 1 Early Childhood Educator certificate in 2022 and she continues to develop her skills under the guidance of our Director of Education and Programming and with the support of our team. Immediately upon observing Kim with our students, you will notice how kind and compassionate she is. She excels at building relationships with students and has been known to shed a tear over both their struggles & their successes! Our students are lucky to have Mrs. Allain in their corner!
